Questions
How is the price worked out?
By the number of projects you run on the workbench and the support you need. People who only read reports don't change the price much; tell us roughly how many will use it.
Do we need our own AI key?
Yes, if you want the AI features. An admin adds your company's key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini or another supported provider, so AI usage is billed to your own account and governed by your agreement with that provider. Everything else works without AI.
Can we try it first?
Yes. The demo runs on a fully populated sample portfolio, and we can set up a workspace for your team to try with one of your own schedules.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Every register and report exports to Excel, schedules export as PMXML, and the BI feed gives you closed-period figures in Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
How do people sign in?
With their Microsoft work account. Admins approve who joins the company workspace and set each person's role.
